About Orza

Orza set out to create new technology that would focus on injury prevention and dancers’ well-being. Working and developing the shoe with specialists and design engineers worldwide, we built the ORZA Pro One from the ground up. What started as an idea is now a new necessity for the international dance community.

Orza is thrilled to have the support of long-time friend and current New York City Ballet Artistic Director Jonathan Stafford. Jon is a member of ORZA’s Advisory Board and is joined on the board by Craig Hall, NYCB Repertory Director and Assistant to Choreographer Justin Peck.

Orza is backed by an all-star team of medical professionals who are leaders in their respective fields. Our Medical Advisory Team includes Marika Molnar, Physical Therapist NYCB; Dr. Phillip Bauman, MD, FAAOS; Selina Shah, MD, FACP, FAMSSM, Dance & Sports Medicine and Karin Steere, DPT, MTC, CSCS University of Puget Sound.
